DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Data subjects (typically your customers and staff) have rights under the GDPR which you must allow them to exercise within strict timelines. The most common right which is exercised is the right of access know as a Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR). This is a highly complex process which must be carried out by a privacy specialist and can take a significant amount of time and resources.
